Katie brings several years of healthcare experience and currently serves in Patient Chart Preparation at Lyra Total Breast Health. She supports patients throughout their care journey by preparing charts, managing orders, and coordinating with referring providers and healthcare offices to ensure accurate documentation and seamless care.

Passionate about patient-centered service, Katie is committed to creating positive experiences during what can often be a challenging time. Guided by compassion and empathy, she strives to support each patient with kindness, clear communication, and attention to detail.

Katie values being part of a team dedicated to advancing women’s health through exceptional care and meaningful patient connections.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Shad, their four children, daughter-in-law, and grandson, along with their two dogs, Pyper and Nona. She also enjoys exercising, reading, and relaxing outdoors, which helps her stay grounded and energized.
