Elaine Pigman, MD

Dr. Pigman earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi before completing her Diagnostic Radiology residency at the University of Utah. She subsequently completed fellowship training in Women’s Imaging at the University of Utah, where she developed specialized expertise in breast imaging and women’s health.

Dr. Pigman is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and values building strong relationships with the women she serves. She is passionate about early detection, breast cancer screening, and delivering high-quality, evidence-based imaging care.

Outside of medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, taking advantage of Idaho’s outdoor lifestyle. She loves running in the Boise foothills, as well as enjoying weekends along the Greenbelt with family and friends.
